From FRIDAY JUNE 19, Le Hibou will be open 7 days/week for take-out & limited patio dining 4-7pm

FROM FRIDAY JUNE 19 onward, Le Hibou will be open for take-out from 4PM to 7PM,

Seven days a week!!! Limited patio dining will also be available.


Open for take-out pick-up - Come to our patio to order or call 819-459-8883 when you are close by!


Pre-orders not necessary, just call when you're hungry 😁

FISH & CHIPS $18 - Fried haddock (2 pieces), tartar sauce, creamy slaw and lemon with Hibou fries or house arugula salad


VEGGIE BLACK BEAN & BEET BURGER $18 - Goat’s cheese, arugula, Pipolinka multigrain bun, pickled onion, smoked paprika aioli and Hibou fries or house arugula salad

Marinated salmon, sushi rice, spicy mayo, cucumber, avocado, nori, age dama (tempura bits) and tobiko
