New Summer Menu

Our new summer menu has landed, and it’s full of bold, sunny flavours.

We’ve added a fresh lineup of new dishes, from shareable small plates to hearty mains and bright summer salads.

Start with stuffed grape leaves with garlic yogurt, homemade Old Prague sausage with a soft pretzel and hot honey mustard, or hand-cut beef tartare with tamari, wasabi, shallot, pickle, caper, radish, and sesame.

For something heartier, try our 8 oz grilled beef bavette with yuzu remoulade, bright, herbaceous chimichurri, and fries. We’ve also added a fresh salmon poke bowl with sushi rice, grilled pineapple salsa, yuzu remoulade, crispy onion, and nori, plus a delicious tom yum soup with Argentine shrimp, chicken dumplings, bok choy, Le Coprin mushrooms, and fresh herbs.

On the lighter side, there’s our grilled tuna salad with lightly grilled confit yellowfin tuna, quinoa tabbouleh, and basil-citrus-poppy seed dressing, along with a Mexican-style Caesar salad with romaine hearts, creamy Caesar dressing, Mexican chorizo, feta, seasoned tortilla crisps, and lime.

And don’t worry, your Hibou favourites are still on the menu, including our fish tacos, smokn' nachos, Hibou sirloin burger, and our much-loved veggie black bean & beet burger.

Fresh, local ingredients. Big global flavours. Very much worth coming in for.
