Heating and preparation Instructions

Green Thaï  Chicken Curry Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Matar Paneer Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Spicy Apricot Shrimp Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Moroccan Chickpea Tagine Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Vegan Curry Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Beef Bourguignon Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Beef Chili Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Bolognese Sauce Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

 

Shrimp Gumbo Reheat in the bag directly from frozen in boiling water for 10-15 min

Smoked Salmon Lasagna From frozen, take out of the bag and put on a cooking tray. Reheat covered in an oven preheated to 375 F  for 40 min then uncovered at 425F for 10 min.

Veggie Black Bean & Beet Burger Patties  Take out of the bag and put on a cooking tray. From frozen, reheat in an oven preheated to 375 F for 10 min, or thawed for 8 min. 

Korean Pork Ribs 

Method 1: Allow to thaw in the fridge overnight. Put on a cooking tray with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 425 F for 15-20 min.         

Method 2: From frozen, put bag directly in boiling water for 15 min, then put on a cooking tray and heat in an oven preheated to 425 F for 10-15 min. 

Braised Duck Individual pot pies - From frozen, take out of the bag and put on a cooking tray. Reheat in an oven preheated to 375 F for 40 min 

Turkey Individual pot pies - From frozen, take out of the bag and put on a cooking tray. Reheat in an oven preheated to 375 F for 40 min 

2 Samosas  From frozen, put the samosa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and reheat in an oven preheated to 425 F for 20 min. Leave the chutney to defrost at room temperature 

Strawberry Turnovers - From frozen, take out of the bag and put on a cooking tray. Reheat in an oven preheated to 375 F for 18 min 

Lemon cream puffs - Defrost at room temperature for 40 minutes or in the fridge for 4 hours

Macaroons - Defrost at room temperature for 40 minutes or in the fridge for 4 hours

Layer cakes - Defrost in the fridge overnight
